SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·         All payments are prepaid by Money Order, Direct Deposit, or by Cheque, (Subject to Clearance) NO CODs.

·         All payments must be received within 5 DAYS of confirmation of order.

·         Please add Shipping and Handling $TBA.

·         Insurance is available on all items at an additional cost of $5.00 for the first $100 value and $2.00 per hundred or part thereof thereafter.    This is totally optional and is not included in sale price. We do recommend insurance on all items, as Australia Post does NOT have a fragile goods service. NB warranty will become null and void on goods shipped without insurance.  

·         All orders will be processed within 5 working days of payment being received unless payment is made by cheque, in which case such orders will be processed within 5 working days of funds being cleared by bank.

·         Price includes 10% GST

·          E&OE.

WARRANTY

·         1 Year Warranty (RTB)

·         All warranty becomes null and void if shipped without insurance (at buyers expense). 

·         Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.

·         Any presumed defective units must obtain an RETURN AUTHORITY # before return.

·         Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

·         Units returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately.

·         Units returned and found not to have a defect will be shipped back to the buyer upon receipt of postage and handling fees and a testing fee of $20.00.
